All orders are subject to product availability. Once an order is placed you'll receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
We describe our products as accurately as possible and keep to honest, non-medical claims. Personal-care products may suit people differently, please review the ingredients and patch-test if you have sensitive skin. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after successful payment verification. Delivery time depends on the courier and your location. Tracking details are shared via email/WhatsApp once shipped.
We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking and wallets. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, including international cards. Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care products are not eligible for exchange unless they arrived damaged or defective. See our Return & Exchange Policy.
